Research access

Account access requires a verified email address and your declaration that you are at least 18 years old and will use materials exclusively for laboratory research and analytical purposes, not for human or veterinary use. Your typed full name and explicit acceptance record your electronic signature. Registration does not certify your professional qualifications.

Information and documentation

Scientific references are educational research context. They do not validate the safety or efficacy of EULIX products. Review the specific compound, presentation and batch documentation; contact EULIX if information is missing or unclear.

Order requests

Adding products to the cart does not reserve stock or complete a purchase. EULIX confirms availability, the final total and payment instructions by email. No payment is collected by the website's request form.

Cancellations and replacements

You may cancel without charge before shipment. If a product arrives damaged, contact EULIX with the order reference and damage details for review and replacement arrangements.

Customer-caused damage during handling or reconstitution is not eligible for a free replacement. You may submit a recording of the reconstitution process for review. EULIX may offer a discretionary discount toward a replacement purchase; the customer must pay and a discount is not guaranteed.
