Cancellation before shipment

You may cancel your order without charge before it has shipped. Contact us by email with your order reference.

Products that arrive damaged

If your product arrives damaged, contact EULIX Research with your order reference and details of the damage so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement.

Damage during handling or reconstitution

Damage caused by the customer during handling or reconstitution is not covered by a free replacement.

If you have a video recording of the reconstitution process, you may submit it for review to help identify what went wrong. After reviewing the video, EULIX Research may offer a discount toward purchasing a replacement compound.

The discount is discretionary and is not guaranteed. The customer must pay for the replacement purchase. This is not a free replacement or refund.

Email your order reference, the compound name and a brief description of the issue to eulix.peptide@gmail.com. For video review, include a viewable link or an attachment supported by your email service.
